The Robert W. Pierce Exhibit Center overlooks the busy harbor of Woods Hole, MA. It features custom-built aquatic tanks with video backdrop, an oversized interactive squid, installed media shows, and custom-programmed touch-screen access to MBL content on the Smithsonian's website "Encyclopedia of Life." "Guide by Cell" technology complements exhibits with first-person commentary from MBL scientists, and QR Codes link to relevant web content. We also designed and installed the previous exhibit center some 10 years earlier.
